Made for anyone who wants to make a difference.

WHY THIS TOOLKIT MATTERS

Maryland’s nursing and healthcare workforce is at a breaking point. Staffing shortages, burnout, and policy delays are compromising both patient safety and provider wellbeing. We need legislation that reflects frontline insight—and that means healthcare professionals like YOU must be at the table.

Whether you’re a bedside nurse, tech, student, professor, social worker, or advocate, your lived experience is powerful policy evidence.

This toolkit is your launchpad.
